Collection and use of personal information View

Items: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash), and the business data you add. Purpose: to create and run your Loopency account and provide the service. Kept: while your account exists, and erased 30 days after you delete it, except records the law requires us to keep. See the Privacy Policy.

Overseas transfer of personal information View

To run Loopency, your data is processed outside Korea, over encrypted connections, when you use the feature that needs it: Hostinger (servers, Malaysia), Cloudflare (network, global), OpenAI (AI, United States), Mistral AI (AI, France), Resend (email, United States), Polar (payments, United States) and TypeSafe AI (experimental setup suggestions, United States); Google only if you sign in with it. Each keeps it only as long as its contract with us allows. See the Subprocessors list and the Data Processing Agreement.

Personal data protection is on: names, emails, phone, card and ID numbers are masked before any AI provider sees them. AI Usage Policy
